The Prestashop Metrics module version v2.4.1 does not support Google Analytics version 4 (GA v4). It only supports versions up to v3. However, you can use 3rd party modules to enable GA v4 tracking code. So, if you are just starting your new Prestashop site and don’t want to rely on 3rd party module, stop wasting time looking for a way to enable GA v4 in Prestashop Metrics. The support team has mentioned that Google Analytics version 4 is not working with their Google Analytic Module and they are working on it.
